Device and Log Data. We may automatically collect device information (such as device type and operating system), IP address, and log data (such as access times and crash reports) for security, diagnostics, and performance purposes.
Discord Information. If you choose to link your Discord account for community access or premium role syncing, we receive your Discord user ID and username to manage your role/access within our Discord server.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 6 below.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our backend systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at formulaswin+support@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
California Residents (CCPA). California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of that information, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, as those terms are defined under California law. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. To submit a request, contact us at the email above.
European Users (GDPR). If you are located in the European Economic Area or UK, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. [Confirm whether the Service is offered to EU/UK users; if not currently offered there, this section may be removed or adjusted.]
The Service is not intended for and should not be used by anyone under 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21. If we become aware that we have collected information from someone under 21, we will take steps to delete it.
