These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Formula$ Win mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Xavier Green, operating as Formula$ Win ("Formula$ Win," "FW," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction, including any laws governing sports wagering. Sports betting legality varies by state and jurisdiction — you are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you.
Formula$ Win is a sports data and analytics research tool. Formula$ Win is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, or betting exchange. We do not accept, process, place, or facilitate wagers of any kind, and we do not hold, transmit, or handle funds related to gambling activity of any kind. Any wager a user chooses to place happens entirely on a third-party sportsbook's own platform, subject to that sportsbook's own terms, after the user is deep-linked away from the Service.
The Service provides statistical research, historical performance data, the FW Score rating system, injury/availability context, and related analytics for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Nothing in the Service constitutes betting advice, investment advice, or a guarantee or prediction of any outcome. The FW Score, rankings, hit rates, and all other content are statistical tools based on historical and contextual data, and past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including any wagers you place with a third party, and Formula$ Win assumes no liability for the outcome of any bet placed by a user.
Data displayed in the Service, including odds, lines, and player statistics, is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Odds displayed in the Service are for reference and research purposes only and are not a live, executable price. Always confirm the actual, current price directly in your sportsbook's app before placing any wager. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data in the Service.

The Service is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only and is not intended to encourage excessive or harmful gambling behavior.

These links are provided for convenience only. Formula$ Win is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sportsbook, sports league, team, or player referenced in the Service, unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, terms, or practices of any third-party site, and your use of any third-party site is entirely at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.
You may be required to create an account using a third-party authentication provider (such as Google or Apple) to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Current subscription options and pricing are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems; (c) scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond normal use; (d) resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service content without our written permission; (e) impersonate any person or entity; or (f) interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
If you participate in the Formula$ Win Discord community, you agree to follow the community's posted rules and guidelines in addition to these Terms. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to the community for violations of either.
The Service, including the FW Score methodology, branding, design, software, and all associated content (excluding third-party data and user-generated content), is owned by Formula$ Win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA, SCORE, OR PREDICTION WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORMULA$ WIN AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES ARISING FROM ANY WAGER PLACED BY A USER WITH A THIRD-PARTY SPORTSBOOK, WHETHER OR NOT BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Formula$ Win and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including any wager you place based on information obtained through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes may be communicated via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. [OPTIONAL: Add an arbitration clause here if you want disputes resolved via binding arbitration rather than court — this is common for consumer apps but should be drafted by an attorney, as enforceability requirements vary by state.]
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Formula$ Win regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
